THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN YOU'VE EVER HAD:

Lightly dust your chicken pieces in flour (use Rice Flour for a totally gluten free recipe) with a little powdered Thyme. I like to put the flour in a plastic bag, add the chicken and shake. Make an egg wash by beating an egg with a little milk. Dip the flour dusted chicken in the egg wash and then coat it with your choice of Wild Child Veggie Crumbs. No need to add extra seasonings; that has all been done for you. Gently put the coated chicken in hot oil and fry it until it is golden brown. You can tell that it is done when a fork easily goes all the way through the chicken. Do not overcook; it dries out the chicken.

THE BEST BAKED CHICKEN YOU'VE EVER HAD:

Follow the recipe for Fried Chicken, but instead of putting it in hot oil, put it on a cookie sheet and bake it at 350 °F until it is golden brown. You can tell that it is done when a fork easily goes all the way through the chicken. Do not overcook; it dries out the chicken.
